DSV are recruiting for an Operator, Logistics Coordinator at our Raunds Location

Key requirements

Meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of their cargo effectively and in accordance with company operational procedures and statutory requirements including Health & Safety to the satisfaction of clients and the profit of the company. Communicate effectively in a professional manner with customers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled in line with their booking instructions. Liaise with other DSV/Agents offices in the UK and abroad, reporting any discrepancies or specific requirements Prepare correct documentation to the operation and transport companies for the loading and offloading of vehicles General Administrative duties Liaising with the warehouse to ensure all picking / packing requirements are met To ensure all compliance is followed and met through each process

Skills & Competencies

Good communication skills Good organization skills and effective time management Commercial awareness Attention to detail IT Literate in Microsoft Office Problem solving Ideally 2-3 years recent relevant industry experience in a similar role
