The Role:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated

Opportunity Generator Sales Executive

to manage initial enquiries and secure venue show-arounds. As the first point of contact for potential clients, your role is crucial in making a fantastic first impression and guiding couples through the wedding venue journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all initial wedding enquiry calls and emails Promote our stunning venues to secure maximum show-around bookings Build rapport with prospective clients, understand their needs, and tailor the experience accordingly Overcome objections confidently and close effectively Contribute to achieving and exceeding booking targets

What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience (hospitality, retail, or event-related sales preferred) A natural closer with excellent communication skills Target-driven and motivated by rewards and achieving goals Confident handling objections and building rapport quickly A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

A basic salary of 27,500 Lucrative commission structure OTE (On Target Earnings) 40,000 + per annum Opportunities for career progression within a growing company
