Ops Support - Join SkyBound!

We're a fast-moving startup on an exciting growth journey. To keep pace, we're building a dynamic Operations team that thrives on variety, adaptability, and problem-solving. We are looking for a versatile Operational Support team member who can wear multiple hats, with a focus on recruitment and people support.

About SkyBound and the job:

SkyBound Rescuer is dedicated to automating drones for rapid response, optimised performance, and better cost-effectiveness, ultimately saving, protecting, and improving lives. In joining our Ops support team you will be helping us find and onboard great talent, to supporting people initiatives, to keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. In this lean, agile environment, your input will have an impact on running this groundbreaking company.

Reports to

: Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, candidate communication, scheduling, and tracking. Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience. Assist with onboarding and induction processes for new starters. Provide first-line support for people queries. Support people projects, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Jump in on projects and tasks that keep the business moving, from office management and systems admin to policy updates and process improvements. Spot opportunities to innovate and streamline how we work and make suggestions for change. Provide general admin and operational support across teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Ops and/or recruitment support or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail. A people-first approach with excellent communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Ability to adapt quickly, manage shifting priorities, and maintain momentum. Hands-on experience with Charlie Recruit or very similar HR/recruitment systems is a must-have. Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or operations, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling competing priorities. People-focused, approachable, and a great communicator. Adaptable, resourceful, and thrive when no two days look the same. Excited by the idea of building things from the ground up. Project Management or PMO support

Competencies:

Fluency in English is essential. Flexible and a team player.
