Main Duties

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, delivering a personalised and luxurious shopping experience. Assist customers in choosing designer eyewear, including iconic Ray-Ban designs and other premium brands, tailored to their prescriptions, lifestyle, and personal preference. Build lasting relationships with clients to foster trust, ensuring repeat visits.

Operations & Confidentiality:

Maintain the store's luxurious aesthetic, ensuring displays of Ray-Ban and other designer collections are pristine and aligned with brand standards. Manage client records with the utmost confidentiality, adhering to data protection regulations. Process payments reflecting the professionalism of a premium retail experience. Stay informed on emerging trends in luxury eyewear and advancements in optical technology.
