Overview

We are seeking an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our team (

No Weekend work

), minimum two years UK Optical dispensing experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their eyewear needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service and products. Duties

Assist customers in selecting appropriate eyewear based on their needs and preferences.

Accurately dispense glasses, ensuring proper fitting and adjustments.

Maintain knowledge of various lens types, frames, and optical technologies to provide informed recommendations.

Collaborate with optometrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Manage inventory of optical products, including ordering supplies as necessary.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the dispensary environment.

Experience

Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser or in a similar role,

minimum two years UK Optical retail experience.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service are essential traits for success in this role.
