This isn't a shop floor role, it's all about managing the day-to-day operations of two busy, independent practices. You'll be working closely with the owners and practice teams, helping to make sure everything is working as it should, and that our patients continue to get the top-class care we're known for.
What you'll be doing
Overseeing the smooth running of both businesses
Being the go-to person for HR, rotas, recruitment, and team support
Managing suppliers, systems, IT and keeping everything ticking over
Taking the lead on health & safety and compliance
Supporting with marketing campaigns, events and community outreach
Helping drive business growth by supporting sales activity and promotions
Being the link between the team on the ground and the leadership behind the scenes
What we're looking for
A natural organiser who loves getting stuck in
Someone who's confident working with people at all levels
Experienced in operations, admin, HR, Health & Safety and people management
Great communication and problem-solving skills
A background in optics, healthcare, or retail would be a bonus - but not essential
Someone who can multitask
Very much a people person
