Optical Receptionist/Administrator, in a busy Independent Optometrist practice situated in Cardiff, the active role will involve:
Part Time position to include Saturday mornings
Computer, Numeracy & Literacy skills essential
Answering the telephone and booking appointments for patients, filing, replying to emails and processing paperwork.
The candidate will need to be presentable, polite, an effective communicator and able to use a computer.
Confidentiality and accurate GDPR practices are essential.
Training will be given, but previous knowledge of optics would be helpful. The position will suit a candidate that is looking for a long term position.
