This is a part- time role 15 hours per week, worked on Monday and Tuesday. We don't open on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm; we close for lunch between 1pm - 2pm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and patients regarding company services and policies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
- Provide support to Professional staff

What we desire:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
