Order Administrator

At World Furniture NI Ltd, we build our brand on excellence and take pride in the way we work and serve customers, our team members. We are looking for an Order Administrator to join our head office.
Job Purpose:
The overall efficient and accurate processing of customer orders, maintaining customer relationships and providing a professional service at all times.
Key responsibilities and main tasks:
Taking orders from customers by phone, fax and email.
Ensuring all sales orders are correctly input on to in house computer system.
Communicating with customers to proactively resolve any queries or problems regarding their orders.
Notifying customers of items not in stock and clarifying when they are due back in stock, giving an estimated date of delivery.
Liaising with logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers.
Contacting customers to book in deliveries as requested by logistics.
Accurate completion of relevant paperwork for despatch with customer's orders.
Other administrative duties such as filing, post and covering telephones at break times.

Qualifications:
4 GCSE's at grade A-C, including English or equivalent
Relevant experience:
Customer Service experience
6 Months experience of working in an office environment.
Experience of using sage is desirable but not essential
Data entry experience
Skills/Aptitudes:
Excellent administration skills and verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
Good numeric skills
Personal characteristics:
Reliability
Calm and level headed
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise own workload

Pay: 27,000.00 per year
