The

Co-Ordinator

plays a crucial role in driving the delivery of orders, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality and scope requirements. You will manage orders from start to finish, collaborating with engineering, procurement, scheduling, and other delivery teams to create a seamless experience for our customers.


This is a dynamic role that offers administrative support across various areas of Delivery Operations, allowing you to engage with multiple stakeholders and enhance your skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities




Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Order Management:

Receive and acknowledge customer orders, ensuring clear communication.

Circuit Provisioning:

Manage provisioning on carrier portals accurately and efficiently.

Ownership of Orders:

Take full responsibility for orders from initiation to completion, liaising with relevant departments.

Customer Communication:

Keep customers informed throughout the delivery and installation process, providing exceptional service.

Multi-Technology Coordination:

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for customers during the order journey.

Engineer Scheduling:

Manage engineer assignments, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and equipment for customer solutions.

Communication Hub:

Serve as the point of contact for the delivery department via phone and email.

Query Management:

Direct queries to appropriate teams and manage customer expectations effectively.

Order Tracking:

Maintain order updates and manage daily Work In Progress (WIP).

Forecasting:

Prepare and maintain weekly product delivery forecasts.

Data Management:

Input data accurately using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc.).

Supplier Interaction:

Place and amend orders on supplier portals as needed.

Sales Support:

Provide internal sales support, including availability requests.

Cancellation Processing:

Manage order cancellations efficiently.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:



Administrative Experience:

Proven background in an administrative role.

Customer Focus:

A strong 'can-do' attitude and dedication to outstanding customer service.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals with various working styles and backgrounds.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written communication skills, particularly in responding to customer emails with attention to detail.

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and a good understanding of web browsers and databases.

Prioritisation Skills:

Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritise tasks effectively.

Organisational Skills:

Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail.

Eagerness to Learn:

A willingness to develop your skills and go the extra mile in your role.

Reliability:

A dependable and approachable demeanour.


Qualifications



Customer Service Experience:

Ideally in a fast-paced environment.

Planning and Coordination:

Strong skills in planning and coordination.

Technical Understanding:

Familiarity with cloud and IT products in a Telecoms environment.

Carrier Portal Knowledge:

Experience with T1 Carrier portals (e.g., Openreach, BT, TTB) is a plus.
