, a specialist in performance car parts focusing on car cooling systems, is looking for a
reliable, hard-working Order Dispatch & Warehouse Assistant
to support the day-to-day running of our small but growing business.
You'll join a supportive team and help us maintain fast service and excellent customer support. This role involves warehouse work, packing orders, a small amount of driving, admin tasks, and more - ideal for someone practical and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
Respond to emails and social media messages
Product assembly using hand tools and electric screw guns
Computer-based admin work (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, online order management systems)
Warehouse restocking, organisation, and tidying (lifting up to around 25kg)
Handle returns and issue refunds
Maintain clean and tidy office areas and warehouse
Drop off daily mail sacks and courier parcels (approx. 15 mins driving/day)
What We're Looking For
Full UK
driving licence
(essential)
Confident with computers and basic software (Excel, Outlook)
Good written communication and attention to detail
Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy boxes
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in online retail, warehousing or dispatch roles are useful but not required.
Working Hours
We are looking for someone to work 5 days per week Mon-Fri
Working hours are flexible between 8am and 4pm, with a minimum of 25-30 hours per week
Usually this will require around 6 hours on a Monday and at least 3-4 hours each day Tuesday to Friday, with the rest of the hours spread across the week based on your availability and the needs of the business
We will also consider a Full-time worker for 35-40 hours per week for candidates with additional skills or abilities that we can incorporate into the role
Candidates with experience or interests in mechanical work or social media content may have opportunities to work additional hours in those aspects of the business
