The Role:

We're looking for a motivated

Dispatch Warehouse Assistant

to join our busy dispatch team. Working closely with the Dispatch Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring goods are received, processed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. This is a

hands-on, fast-paced role

suited to someone who thrives in an organised environment and works well with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Dispatch Manager with day-to-day dispatch and warehouse operations Assist with both goods in and goods out processes Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely dispatch Follow health and safety procedures at all times Maintain a clean and organised workspace Possible opportunity to work towards an

FLT license

as part of your development

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

No weekend or evening work

Requirements:

Must be 18 or over (Due to the nature of the role) Good communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Prior warehouse or dispatch experience is a bonus, but not required Willingness to learn and support with a mix of hands-on and admin duties
