Job Summary



Working alongside the Finance Manager, the primary focus of this role is to support the financial processes across the business, assisting the Finance team with all administrative duties including end-to-end stock management and order processing. Manual handling of stock will be involved.

Additionally, the role will support a number of functions within the Technical Support team. This includes clinical device inspections on a daily basis. No previous experience of this element is required, full training will be provided.

This is an exciting and varied opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual who has strong attention to detail, can manage their own time and workload, and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude.

It has grown into one of the largest, most sophisticated specialist suppliers of ECG analysis services in the UK with customers that include flagship NHS cardiology centres and prestigious independent healthcare providers.

Established in 2002, the business is based within Sunnybank Mills, Farsley, West Yorkshire.

Main Duties and Responsibilities



? Stock management - monitor and maintain correct stock levels, raising purchase orders for new stock, taking delivery of goods and booking in

? Entering new medical devices into the asset management system

? Processing of sales orders for medical consumables (processing sales orders onto the inventory system, picking, packing, shipping and invoicing - on average 5 orders per day).

? Monitor and manage the sales inbox on a daily basis

? Credit control

? Purchase Ledger

? Assisting Technical Support with device inspections

Additional Responsibilities



? Actioning supplier price lists and updating costs within the internal price lists and inventory

system.

? Process and record devices returned from manufacturer servicing.

? Move devices and cables between departments and record correctly.

? Providing support for other ad-hoc tasks within the business.

Professional Skills - Essential



? Previous experience of sales/purchase ledger ? Excellent organisation skills ? Thorough and high attention to detail ? IT Literate - working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets ? Experience inputting data / Demonstrable administration experience
