Job description
Based at our office and warehouse in Stafford, this role will be varied and involve mostly warehouse based tasks. The applicant will assist with sales tasks including processing and fulfilment of orders, warehouse duties such as stock replenishment and goods in, along with a range of general tasks to support the business operation.
This is a varied role offering exposure to several different areas of the business. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic person who is willing to learn in an exciting and fast-paced environment.
Previous experience of online e-commerce order processing and warehouse operations as well as a working knowledge of computers using Microsoft and web based software programs would be desirable however training can be provided if needed.
This role might suit an individual with an interest in the automotive world.
Main Duties
Orders - Pick and pack orders ready for despatch
Goods In - Goods receiving and stock management
Booking in delivery services with a range of couriers
Logistics - Liaising with external logistics partners, reporting and resolving issues
General warehouse duties
Communicating with customers via email and telephone to resolve queries
Quality assurance and reporting
Operating and maintaining company software and procedures
Maintaining health & safety standards
Liaising with all departments and employees in the organization to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
