Order Fulfilment Operative Kitting Jobs in Andover at Stannah Join Our Team!

We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Fulfilment Operative Kitting to join Stannah, based at our Stephenson Close.


This job will involve the accurate assembly of kits and sub-assemblies in a structured manufacturing environment, working to daily production targets, and ensuring quality standards are maintained at all times.


As the Order Fulfilment Operative, you will work Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45 and Friday 08:00 to 13:00. This job is a permanent contract.


This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented production setting.


To be successful as the Order Fulfilment Operative, it is essential that you have previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or order fulfilment. Experience in kitting, production assembly, or working with hand tools would be desirable.

Order Fulfilment Operative Kitting Responsibilities:

+ Assemble kits and sub-assemblies according to Standard Operating Procedures + Pick components from bins positioned above and below waist height
+ Work to daily targets and production lead times
+ Check kits for accuracy before packing
+ Use pneumatic, electric, and hand tools for assembly tasks

Order Fulfilment Operative Kitting Requirements:

+ Previous experience in a manufacturing or order fulfilment role + Comfortable working with tools and production equipment
+ Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
+ Strong understanding of health & safety and manual handling principles
