Warehouse Operative

to support our growing order fulfilment team.

Role Overview

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our busy warehouse team. You'll play a key role in accurately picking, packing, and dispatching online orders, managing stock movements, and ensuring that every customer receives a prompt, professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners Pack and dispatch goods securely and efficiently Book in deliveries and carry out goods-in checks Load and unload courier deliveries Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping Support with regular stocktakes and inventory checks Lift and handle products safely (some heavy lifting required) Follow health & safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience (2 years minimum) Proven experience with picking & packing in a fast-moving environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive team player with a "can-do" attitude Reliable with excellent timekeeping Comfortable working to performance targets Physically fit and capable of manual handling Familiarity with warehouse management systems (desirable)

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM No weekend work
