Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Order Picker to join our packing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, ensuring that all items are prepared for dispatch in a timely manner. This role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods within our bakery.

Sunday to Thursday

12 pm start

Duties

Accurately pick items from stock according to order specifications. Pack orders securely and hygienically Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage stock levels. Conduct quality control checks to ensure all items meet company standards before dispatch. Assist with materials handling tasks as required, including heavy lifting of products. Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency within the warehouse. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in stock management or warehouse operations is preferred. Proficiency in picking and packing procedures, with attention to detail. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the shift. Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality control within the workplace.
