We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Order Processing Executive
to support our Amazon operations and assist within other areas of the business, including B2B sales. This role focuses primarily on processing Amazon orders across key markets, while providing flexible support across wholesale, sales, and e-commerce operations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus - Amazon Support (UK, EU, US):
Process and track daily Amazon orders across multiple regions.
Support the Amazon Specialist with catalogue and listing updates.
Help resolve order issues and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, warehouse).
Additional Support Responsibilities (As Needed):
Assist with processing wholesale orders and communicating with customers.
Support sales team requests such as sending samples or pulling order reports.
Assisting the B2B team with administrative tasks
Help the e-commerce team with basic logistics tasks, including order cancellations, stock checks, and replacements.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
Good communication skills and a team player mindset.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office package; Amazon experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in Amazon Seller or Vendor Central.
Experience working in a warehouse environment.
Familiarity with order or inventory management systems (experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus).

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
