About the Role

Klasse Group Ltd is a fast-growing supplier to the UK construction industry. We are looking for a reliable and organised Order Processing & Operations Coordinator to join our enthusiastic, culture-driven team environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring our construction clients receive materials and products on time and in full. You'll be responsible for managing orders, scheduling deliveries, and supporting the flow of operations from sales to site.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders and update internal systems.

Arrange and monitor deliveries with hauliers and transport providers.

Provide updates on order status, delivery times, and respond to queries.

Work with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness.

Monitor shipments to construction sites and resolve delivery issues.

Generate delivery notes and keep order records up to date.

Help manage logistics planning for project-based deliveries.

What We're Looking For

Experience in order processing, logistics, or operations (ideally within construction or manufacturing).

Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Familiar with Microsoft Office; experience with order/ERP systems is a plus.

Understanding of transport coordination to construction sites is desirable.
