About the role

As a jewellery firm that prides itself on high standards, you will be a driven individual that strives to deliver customer service excellence whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, confident, and highly motivated Project Coordinator / Order Processor to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be the key contact for agreed client accounts primarily processing existing collections. The role will sit between the Administration Team and the Project Managers

The key responsibilities of the role include:

Provide outstanding customer service.
Preparing quotations for jewellery designs, from bespoke one-offs through to full collections.

Acting as the key contact for agreed strategic accounts Monitoring order statuses and keep all relevant progress worksheets up to date Maintain and develop existing customers through planned individual account support. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers.
Be able to translate a written description or sketch into a final product.

Working closely with CAD technicians to realise customers designs.
Collaborate with crafts team to ensure that designs are suitable for production.

Ensure that products are created successfully within time frames Processing product orders received through post or via email from our customers. Contacting customers to answer queries. Assisting the sales team by handling calls from potential new customers. Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the core systems.
The Person:

Strong attention to detail Must have good organisation and admin skills. Experience of handling high volumes of customer calls/ queries is essential. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision. Enthusiastic team player Must be responsible and reliable. Ability to work under pressure. Must be able to cope in a fast-paced environment. Good multi-tasking skill with the ability to prioritise. Able to understand technical drawings and/or CAD software (preferred, not essential)
Ongoing training and assistance will be provided to aid your development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
