Sales Administrator Assistant (Temp - Perm)

Temporary to Perm
9am - 5pm - 35 hours per week

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator Assistant to join our vibrant team in Sutton Coldfield. This is a temp to perm position.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation for various projects.
- Excel/Data analysis experience - data entry & system/database management
- Support team members with various tasks to enhance productivity.
- General Admin support experience - Sales orders/Invoicing
- Collaboration with Marketing Team - Sales support with Marketing knowledge
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Start Date: Immediate availability preferred.
