About the Role




As a key member of our fast-paced, customer-facing team, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service and support to our Resellers. You will manage orders and provide assistance across the full range of products offered by Nimans Connect.


With a proactive mindset and strong communication skills, youll work across multiple workstreams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Acting as a company ambassador, youll take full ownership of reseller orders, enquiries, issues, and support requestsalways striving for a right-first-time resolution.


Your role will involve provisioning and processing orders, responding to support tickets, and liaising with suppliers, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.


What you will bring to the role




Key Responsibilities




Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end provisioning process for Nimans Connect services, ensuring accurate and timely delivery by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and resellers. Service Configuration: Process new orders and manage changes to existing accounts (adds, moves, changes), including service setup, order tracking, documentation, and issue resolution. Quality Assurance: Configure services to meet reseller specifications and conduct thorough quality checks prior to delivery and billing setup. Reseller Communication: Maintain proactive and transparent communication with resellers throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring a high standard of customer service. Primary Contact Point: Act as the main liaison for resellers and suppliers, providing timely updates and managing expectations effectively. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot provisioning issues and escalate to relevant teams to ensure service delivery timelines are met. System Accuracy: Input and maintain accurate order details and comprehensive records of all provisioning activities, including billing setup and alerts. Multitasking & Pressure Handling: Work efficiently across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Project Coordination: Manage larger or multi-site orders with effective project management skills.

Customer Service & Relationship Management



Deliver exceptional service via telephone, ticketing systems, and ordering portals. Manage the ticketing inbox, ensuring all reseller queries are resolved within SLA and to their satisfaction. Build strong relationships with resellers by understanding their needs, offering guidance, and aligning support with company objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Product Knowledge



Proactively suggest improvements to team operations, processes and portal functionality, ensuring documentation remains current and accurate. Stay informed about new products added to the service portfolio. Perform additional duties as requested by your manager.

Essential Skills



Experience in a telecoms environment, with a provisioning / service delivery / customer service background A good understanding and experience of order management and delivery Excellent problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, telephone manner and written skills A flexible and positive outlook/attitude Time management skills Excellent attention to detail Must be able to demonstrate good IT skills, including Microsoft office package

Desirable Skills



Partner support experience Ability and interest in understanding new technologies within the industry
