Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Order Scheduler / Estimator

to join our team in a dual-role position. This role will involve accurately scheduling materials from technical drawings and preparing detailed cost estimates for

curtain walling, aluminium windows, and aluminium doors

.

You will work closely with our design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret architectural and structural drawings to accurately schedule materials Prepare detailed cost estimates for curtain walling, aluminium window, and aluminium door systems Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and lead times Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and compliance Maintain and update project schedules to meet project deadlines
Requirements

Proven experience in scheduling and estimating within the construction or facade industry Strong knowledge of curtain walling systems, aluminium windows, and aluminium doors Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential Experience using LogiKal would be a distinct advantage Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills Competent using Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
