Job Description


Flowserve Corporation is a public, multi-national company engaged in the engineering, manufacturing and servicing of advanced technology fluid handling and control equipment in a variety of markets worldwide. The products of the company include pumps, valves, mechanical seals and related services. The markets served include petroleum, power (nuclear & fossil), chemical processing and other general industry services where the movement and control of fluids are critical. Customers are both in the public and private sectors. The Coordinator is the primary point of contact for the customer and collaborates with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing and other departments to facilitate the successful execution of Flowserve\xe2\x80\x99s customer orders. The position works within the Customer Service Order Fulfilment team in managing customer orders and helping Flowserve to achieve its goals, maximizing bookings, sales and further opportunities.

Your Role :

  • Entering customer orders within Flowserve\xe2\x80\x99s ERP system.
  • Managing customer orders through to completion, as assigned.
  • Direct communication with customers.
  • Expediting internal and external supply chains.
  • Reporting weekly key KPI metrics / order forecast data.
  • Creation of intercompany & third party purchase orders.
  • Overseeing and resolving warranties / non-conformances.
  • Creation & execution of continuous improvement projects

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in customer service in an engineered manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system
