The apprenticeship role will be a key role, ensuring their learning, performance, onboarding, and development initiatives run smoothly and deliver measurable results from an administrative perspective.

Your strong organisational skills, digital fluency, and proactive approach will help maintain accurate data, streamline processes, and empower people to succeed. By joining the team, you'll play a vital part in building a high-performing, future-ready organisation.

Main Responsibilities:



You'll provide essential administrative support across a wide range of Organisational Development activities, including:

Induction and Onboarding Mandatory Training Psychometric Provider Learning and Organisational Development Administration Performance Management Workday Learning OD and HR Projects Vendor Support and Providers Data and Reporting

Entry Requirements:



You'll need to attend an online interview with our Talent Team and pass initial assessments in maths and English once you have completed your registration. You will need to be within a commutable distance to the office location listed.

Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Clear written and verbal communication. Strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable working with confidential information.
