About the role




We have an exciting opportunity for an Organisational Development Assistant (Talent Acquisition & OD Projects) to join our dynamic HR department. This varied role is perfect for someone who is people focused and wants to build their experience across both Talent Acquisition and OD.


You will be the go-to person for all things recruitment related - from advertising, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers, right through to onboarding. You will also play an integral part in supporting a range of OD projects such as staff surveys, wellbeing initiatives, and equality, diversity & inclusion (ED&I) programmes, which will help drive our People Plan forward.

Please note we are open to discussing part-time hours for this post.

What you can bring




The successful candidate will have a keen interest in supporting recruitment campaigns to attract the right people to the University which will require the ability to listen, understand stakeholder needs, and working collaboratively to help shape practical, effective solutions.


You will have a keen eye for detail and a desire to contribute to meaningful projects that align with organisational goals. Confidence using digital tools such as Microsoft Teams is also important, as you will often be collaborating and communicating with colleagues in a virtual environment.
