We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated and experienced Organisational Development Officer, to join us as a key member of the Workforce & Organisation Development Team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time, Fixed Term Contract ending March 2027.
Are you passionate about digital learning and organisational development?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Organisational Development Officer to support the development and delivery of our digital skills training and support programmes. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Digital, Data and Technology Service to implement the Council's digital learning framework and training offer.
You'll co-create and deliver engaging training packages (face-to-face and online), promote digital training opportunities, and embed a learning culture across the Council. You'll also act as a subject matter expert in digital learning platforms, support the go-live of new digital developments, and use data and insights to shape our digital learning strategy.
This role will be 80% delivery the majority of which will be in person, and as such applicants will need to be able to commute to Shute End in Wokingham.
