As an Origination Executive within the M&A team will be responsible for supporting target identification, outreach, and pipeline development for future deals as well as assisting with deal execution. This role will play a key part in identifying strategic opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of transactions aligned with the company's growth objectives.
This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be in our Team Valley office 2-3 times a week.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Conducting targeted desktop research to identify suitable opportunities.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential deals using lead generation platforms and CRM tools.
Crafting and executing outbound marketing campaigns (email and LinkedIn) to engage potential business.
Act as the first point of contact for acquisition opportunities, representing the company with professionalism.
Support wider origination initiatives including event follow-ups and database management.
In time assist with company analysis and project management as deals go into exclusivity and are acquired.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
Degree educated in business, humanities, or equivalent experience
Evidence of continual professional development
An interest in the technology industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills, highly organised, collaborative and detail oriented
Self-starter with a commercial mindset and tenacious approach to prospecting.
Exceptional EQ levels with high level stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills including prioritisation, scheduling, and time management
Sound research and analytical skills
Financial acumen as the role will eventually require financial modelling
Familiarity with M&A is advantageous but not essential.
Ideally some job experience in finance, accounting or M&A.
