About the Role
As an Orthodontic Therapist in our practice, you will work closely with Specialist Orthodontists and a highly experienced team to provide exceptional clinical care. This role offers autonomy within your scope of practice, modern equipment including
iTero digital scanning
, and a well-organised environment where you can focus on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out orthodontic treatments under prescription, including fitting, adjusting and removing fixed and removable appliances including a variety of private treatments.
Take intraoral scans, impressions, photographs and radiographs (as permitted).
Support digital workflows
Monitor patient progress throughout treatment and document detailed records in line with clinical governance standards.
Provide clear guidance and education to patients on appliance care, oral hygiene and treatment expectations.
Work collaboratively with our Specialist Orthodontists, nurses and front-of-house team to ensure a smooth, patient-centred journey.
Participate in practice meetings, clinical discussions and ongoing professional development.

Requirements
Qualified
Orthodontic Therapist
with full GDC registration.
Previous experience in a clinical orthodontic setting.
Strong understanding of orthodontic appliances, biomechanics, and treatment processes.
Confidence using digital orthodontic tools (CAD/3D imaging experience is advantageous).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Reliable, organised, detail-focused and able to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and patient experience.
