Orthodontic Therapist

Watford Orthodontics is delighted to invite applications from an enthusiastic and capable Orthodontic Therapist to join our established, friendly, and forward-thinking specialist practice.

You will be working in a

modern, purpose-built clinic

located in the heart of Watford town centre, with excellent transport links and immediate access to shops, cafes, gyms, and restaurants. The practice is fully digital and paperless, with

digital radiography and intra-oral scanning

, allowing you to focus on high-quality clinical care rather than administration.

This is an excellent opportunity to work

alongside specialist orthodontists and an experienced orthodontic therapist

in a predominantly NHS environment, offering strong clinical governance, structured workflows, and a supportive team culture. We place real value on collaboration, professional respect, and creating a calm, positive working day.

About You

We are looking for a therapist with

at least one year of post-qualification experience

who enjoys delivering excellent patient care and takes pride in their clinical standards. Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach are essential, as you will be working closely with both patients and colleagues.
