The Role:

Oseyo is looking for passionate people to join our London Bridge branch. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

Day-to-Day Duties Include:

Providing excellent service in every interaction with our customers, delivering great shopping experiences, and always ensuring customer satisfaction. Operating till transactions securely and accurately based on till operational procedures. Receiving, processing, and organizing store deliveries, which includes heavy lifting. Ensuring that products are displayed and replenished in line with the Company's standards, adhering to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation system. Maintaining knowledge of store products to provide advice and recommendations to customers as needed. Assisting customers in locating desired items. Handling food products and ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met. Maintaining Health and Safety standards. General cleaning and maintenance of the shop. Safely lift and move items weighing up to 23kg on a regular basis as part of stocking, merchandising, and inventory tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

Minimum availability of three days (21 hours) per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary:

Candidates aged under 21: Up to 10.75 per hour (including an hourly bonus*)
Candidates aged over 21: Up to 12.50 per hour (including an hourly bonus*)
