Are you a confident, hands-on Osteopath or Physiotherapist looking to work in a high-quality, collaborative clinical environment?

Kinesis Clinic is a well-established private multidisciplinary clinic in the heart of Guildford. We are seeking an experienced Osteopath or Physiotherapist to join our expanding manual therapy team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to build a busy list.

We are known for combining strong hands-on treatment with evidence-based rehabilitation and long-term patient care. You will work closely with other manual therapists and rehab professionals to deliver high-quality, integrated treatment plans.

The Role

Deliver thorough assessments and hands-on treatment for musculoskeletal conditions Use a strong manual therapy approach alongside exercise-based rehabilitation Collaborate with colleagues for integrated care pathways Educate patients on movement, recovery, and long-term management Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant clinical notes
What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' post-graduate clinical experience in private or mixed practice Strong hands-on manual therapy skills and sound clinical reasoning Confidence treating a broad range of musculoskeletal presentations Experience with, or interest in, advanced soft tissue techniques such as: Active Release / soft tissue techniques Taping IASTM / instrument-assisted techniques A team-focused mindset with openness to ongoing professional development Ability to commit to agreed days and provide holiday cover when required Living locally or within approximately 1 hour of Guildford
Registration Requirements

Osteopaths: Must be registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance Physiotherapists: Must be HCPC registered and a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), with appropriate professional indemnity insurance
Pay & Structure

50:50 fee split Typical earnings equivalent to 70+ per hour depending on caseload Associate, self-employed position Flexible working days (part-time initially, with scope to increase)
