The role
As Sales Development Team Leader within the Lily Sales Academy, you will both lead the SDR team and personally generate opportunities. You'll be responsible for day?to?day management, coaching and performance, while maintaining your own activity and pipeline.
You will:
Make outbound calls to a targeted database of prospects and existing Lily customers
Self?source and qualify high?quality opportunities for the sales team
Lead, coach and develop a team of SDRs to hit activity, quality and revenue targets
Monitor KPIs, pipeline and performance, providing regular feedback and 1:1s
Support with recruitment, onboarding and training of new SDRs
Manage and optimise the database, spotting market changes and new opportunities
Help shape call scripts, messaging and campaigns with support from in house Marketing team
Lead by example in attitude, work rate and results
We offer a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of 50,000+, plus regular incentives.

About you
You are:
An experienced outbound sales professional (SDR/BDR/Telesales) with a consistent track record
Comfortable coaching others and holding them accountable to targets
Confident on the phone with strong rapport?building skills
Data?driven, organised and able to manage both your own pipeline and the team's
Motivated by targets, team success and earning potential
Someone with a genuine "can do / no quit" attitude and an interest in IT/tech
Previous experience leading or mentoring a small sales team is highly desirable; strong senior SDRs looking for their first formal leadership role will also be considered.
