Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day running of the club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment Lead and support a small team, including rotas, training, and appraisals Plan and deliver a variety of engaging, age-appropriate activities Ensure children's safety and wellbeing, following safeguarding and child protection procedures Maintain compliance with

Care Inspectorate

standards and relevant legislation Build strong relationships with children, families, staff, and the school community Oversee bookings, registers, and basic financial administration

Essential Requirements

BA in Childhood Practice

or equivalent qualification (or working towards it) Experience working with children in a play work, childcare, or educational setting Strong leadership and organisational skills A warm, approachable manner and a genuine passion for working with children Willingness to undertake relevant training (e.g., First Aid, Food Hygiene, Child Protection)
