Job Description

This role is for weekend work so shifts will be 8am to 4 pm OR 9 am to 5pm on Saturday & Sunday.



We are looking for a

Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:

Act as first point of contact for customers looking to make claims, via telephone and email

Communicating with 3rd parties in the event of incidents Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems Liaising with claim handlers to ensure efficiency of claims completion Supporting team with adhoc duties when necessary

Excellent customer service experience Strong organisation skills and high level of attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload Team player with passion for helping others Proactive, able to work with initiative
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.85 per hour

Expected hours: 14 per week
