We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic, driven, and personable customer service agents to join our Out of Hours Team! Candidates looking for work outside of 'normal business hours' with a flair for great customer service will find an opportunity to fit around studies, scheduling, other work/commitments or childcare!

This is a demanding and rewarding role for those who want to work outside of normal office hours. You'll be the first point of contact for customers who have experienced a road traffic accident or vehicle breakdown, offering calm, professional assistance when it's needed most.
The role is home-based
(after 2-weeks training in office)
and involves being "on call" during your shift. You won't be on the phone the entire time - but you must be consistently available, reliable, and ready to respond when calls come in.
This role is particularly suited to applicants who want additional work to fit around studies, other employment, or family commitments - but it requires absolute reliability and commitment.

Key responsibilities include:
Assisting customers / clients who have been involved in a road traffic accident or whose vehicle has broken down.
Handling a range of inbound queries from customers / clients via phone and email
Capturing and maintaining customer details with high accuracy.
Using training, knowledge and initiative to ensure prompt and satisfying customer / client resolutions.
Providing industry leading customer service and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
Capturing information relating to claims - Completing an accident report form.
Essential Criteria
A minimum of 1 years' customer service experience. (Any industry)
Computer Literate
A Full UK Driving License
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Call centre experience and relevant experience in the claims / insurance industry are desirable, not essential as full training is provided.
Working Hours:
Wednesday Evenings 5pm - 9am
Alternate weekends (12pm on Saturday to 9am Monday, every other weekend)
2 full weeks of in office training required before remote work commences. (Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm)
Homeworking
This role is carried out from home. Candidates must have a reliable wifi connection which is essential to access our system and complete their duties. Calls can be completed on a mobile phone via an app and our systems can be accessed securely from a laptop or tablet. (Suitable equipment is essential)*
Candidates will be required to complete 2 weeks training in our office Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm before starting their out of hours shifts from home*
