About the Role

We are looking for a dependable and flexible individual to join our team as an Out-of-Hours Support Person. This is an on-call position designed to provide responsive support outside of regular working hours. You will be on standby during evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, and may be required to attend site depending on the situation.

What's Involved

You'll receive a 10 daily retainer simply for being available on-call.

If you're contacted and asked to assist, you'll receive 14 per hour for any time worked.

The role may involve attending site in person, so a full driving licence and access to transport is preferred.

This is a low-demand, reactive position--perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with minimal daily commitments.

Key Responsibilities

Remain on standby during designated out-of-hours periods.

Respond promptly and professionally to any call-outs.

Provide assistance either remotely or by attending the site (when necessary).

Record any incidents or actions taken during support periods.

About You

Reliable and responsive, with excellent communication skills.

Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Comfortable with lone working when attending site.

Based in or near Swansea, with local area knowledge a plus.

Requirements

Must be Swansea-based or within close proximity.

Right to work in the UK.

Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Own transport is desirable.
