About the Role:

We are actively looking for a part time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract. A 5 week rota is provided and due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a Bank Holiday or longer hours during the weekend.

It is essential to be flexible before applying.

Location:

United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.

Hours: 22 hours per week 5 week rolling - some evenings and weekends

Salary: 14231.36 - 14803.36 Overtime paid at 1.5

Responsibilities - but not limited to:

Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information Navigating our in-house software, updating internal systems. Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner. Deal with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner. Liaising with internal departments, and our field-based teams.

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

Excellent listening and communication skills Excellent customer service Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face to face) Positive, can-do attitude - team player Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
