Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Our of School Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Kids Club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, ensuring high quality childcare provision is available to our children, and driving engagement through various programmes and activities. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to provide high quality childcare and education

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring all activities run smoothly. Develop and implement engaging programmes and events that promote member participation. Educate staff on club policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance service delivery. Foster a positive atmosphere by building relationships with members and addressing their needs promptly. Monitor kids club facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Recruit, train, and supervise kids club staff to maintain high standards of service.

Skills

Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and member engagement. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate staff and children. Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-centric approach with a passion for enhancing experiences for our children. Previous experience in a managerial role within a childcare and education environment.
