We're looking for a professional, dynamic and fun Out of School Club Manager to lead our friendly team at St Margaret's Primary School, Stoke Golding. About the Role

Lead and support a small team of dedicated playworkers.

Provide a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment for children aged 4-11.

Plan and deliver fun, creative activities in line with the club's ethos.

Manage daily operations including registers, snacks, and activity planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, school staff and your team.

Ensure all activities comply with safeguarding, health and safety, and Ofsted requirements.

About You

Professional, dynamic and fun, with a genuine passion for working with children.

A natural leader who can motivate and inspire others.

Experienced in a childcare, playwork or education setting (management or senior experience desirable).

Qualified to Level 3 in Playwork, Childcare or equivalent (or willing to work towards this).

Organised, reliable and confident in communicating with parents and staff.
