We are seeking a dedicated Out of School Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing staff, and ensuring that all members receive exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for creativity and the understanding of what makes an exciting and engaging environment for children.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all aspects of club operations, including staffing, budgeting, and member services.
Develop and implement programmes that enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
Educate staff on club policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Foster a positive atmosphere by promoting teamwork and encouraging open communication among staff and members.
Monitor club facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health regulations.
Organise events and activities that promote community involvement and attract new members.
Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Prepare reports on club performance metrics and member feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a managerial role within the childcare sector.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with staff and families of the club.
Ability to educate others about club services, programmes, and policies clearly and effectively.
Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by club events or activities.

Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour
