We're Hiring: Playworker - Afterschool & Holiday Clubs

Are you passionate about working with children and creating fun, safe spaces where they can laugh, learn, and grow? We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring

Playworker

to join our team, supporting children aged

3-11 years

in both our

Afterschool Club

and

Holiday Club

.

If you're full of energy, love getting creative, and want to help make every session exciting and memorable -- we want to hear from you!

Afterschool Club:

18 hours per week (Term time only)

Monday to Friday, 2:30am - 6:00pm

Holiday Club:

25 hours per week (All school holidays, except Christmas)

Monday to Friday, 7.45am-6.00pm (to be worked on a rota basis)

What You'll Do:

Create a fun, welcoming environment for children after school and during holidays Plan and lead games, crafts, outdoor play, and themed activities Support children's emotional and social development Work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality play experiences Help with snack time, setup, and daily routines
What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a play or care setting (paid or voluntary) A friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic personality A

Playwork or Childcare qualification

is a bonus, but not essential Strong teamwork and communication skills A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive space for all children
