We're growing quickly, and we're now looking for enthusiastic and professional Outbound Call Centre Agents to support our mission by engaging with prospective patients.

Responsibilities

Making 150-200 outbound calls per day. Generating 3-5 qualified appointments daily. Managing and tracking your pipeline with accuracy Handle outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate information regarding products and services. Utilise software to log interactions and maintain customer records. Keep up to date with promotional new offers and services. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. Handle incoming calls as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

1 year+ of outbound sales. Target driven and eager to grow. Resilient under pressure. Collaborative and sharing best practice to support team development. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
