We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Outbound Call Centre Agents to engage with businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C) through outbound calling. This role involves reaching out to potential leads, generating interest, and securing appointments or sales on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to businesses and consumers in line with campaign objectives. Conduct high-quality calls to generate leads, schedule appointments, or drive sales. Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume and successful outcomes. Record and update customer details and call outcomes in our CRM system. Maintain a professional, courteous, and confident phone manner at all times. Adhere to the compliance standards set by the company for each campaign.

Requirements:



Proven experience in outbound calling, with a focus on lead generation, sales, or appointment setting (B2B/B2C experience preferred). Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage and motivate others. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to reaching goals.

Hours:

Temporary and Full-time positions available 20 -40 hours per week.

This is an office-based position in Norwich, UK. Only applicants who are able to work from the office will be considered.
