We claim back tax for UK consumers that, in most cases, they didnt even know they were due. We provide a professional but personal service to our clients and you'll spend your days chatting away with our clients and supporting them through their claims until completion.

We want to speak to candidates who are used to handling a blend of incoming and outgoing calls, usually in a call centre environment. You'll also liaise with clients via email so great attention to detail and fast keyboard skills are essential to excel in the role. You'll be managing your own case load and building great relationships with our customers so it's a fun role with loads of chatty clients.

Oh and we don't just expect you to 'get on with it'! We'll give you great training and coaching to help you get results.



The role is permanent and is based at our offices in central Stockport, so its really easy to get to. The hours are pretty good as well...

9am til 7pm on Monday and Tuesday

9am til 6pm on Wednesday and Thursday

9am til 4pm on Friday

If you have a passion for delivering great customer service, love working in a team environment and have great communication skills, this role is perfect for you!

To be considered for the role you must have the following skills: -

A fantastic telephone manner First class communication skills Experience of working as part of a team The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers Excellent organisation skills Able to manage to your own workload Great attention to detail At least 2 years proven experience in a call centre role or customer service role
