We're on the lookout for energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused
Outbound Sales Agents
to join our expanding night-time sales team. If you're passionate about connecting with people, have a natural flair for conversation, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment -- this one's for you.
You'll be working with warm leads across the US market -- customers who've previously purchased from us but haven't been active in a while, customers with current subscriptions to our brands and abandoned carts. Your mission? Reignite their interest, build relationships, and drive sales by offering real value -- no robotic scripts, just real conversations about our brands and products.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound calls to existing US-based customers who've previously engaged with our brand either online or via phone.
Building trust and rapport through authentic, value-driven conversations whilst delivering top quality service.
Understand customer needs through effective questioning, active listening and recommending the right products.
Own your pipeline -- manage accounts, track activity, and spot opportunities to grow revenue amongst your customers.
Hit and exceed personal and team-based sales targets.
Feed insights and objections back to the wider sales team and management to refine our strategies.
Stay organized and accurate when using our CRM and systems.
Have a strong knowledge of all products and services we offer to customers across our brands.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of outbound phone-based sales experience.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills whilst remaining professional and personable.
Comfortable selling without a script and handling objections with confidence.
Fluent, professional English and a confident phone presence.
Motivated, resilient, and coachable -- especially when the day gets tough.
Tech-savvy with solid CRM/data entry skills to accurately process sales and information.
Salary & Working Hours
You will receive a basic salary of 26,250 per annum. The role comes with a commission structure of up to 1,500 per month.
You will work on a set shift of 2:30pm - 11:00pm (Mon-Sun)
37.5 hours per week.
You will be required to work at least 1 in 3 weekends with rota'd days off during the week. Days off can be negotiable at the manager's discretion.
