Role overview:



As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with our target audience. You will be responsible for making inbound & outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and advising them to take action.

Role requirements:



Previous experience in outbound telesales is essential. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers and colleagues Be customer focused and passionate about their work Have the ability to prioritise their workload and multi-task Be IT alliterate with the ability to use multiple systems at once Confidently work independently and also as part of a team Have a keen eye for detail To be our voice, communicating and focusing on customers whilst delivering the best possible knowledge and prospects Ability to problem solve and think on their feet Knowledge & experience in the industry is not essential.

Key responsibilities:



Collaborate with team members and management to optimise performance and achieve collective goals. Utilise sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets. Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning techniques. Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets and KPIs. Handling inbound & outbound telephone calls to existing customers (No Cold-Calling) Responding to customer email enquiries Quickly identifying the needs of the customers and guiding towards the service or product that will best meet their requirements Providing a high level of customer service which will allow you to build relationships with our customers to retain business Being organised and self-motivated to ensure targets and deadlines are met

Responsibilities



Handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and requests in a timely and effective manner Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to their satisfaction Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and providing feedback to the team Continuously learning about our products and services to provide the best possible information to customers Adhering to company policies, procedures and quality standards

Qualifications



Previous experience in a customer service or call centre at least 2 years Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure Good in English, both verbal and written Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,033.00-24,950.00 per year
