Work location: Seal Road, Belfast

Are you a confident communicator with a talent for turning conversations into opportunities? We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, building rapport quickly, and introducing them to our products/services. You'll use your persuasive skills to spark interest, handle objections, and set appointments or close sales.

What You'll Do:

Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects daily Pitch our products/services with confidence and clarity Identify decision-makers and establish strong relationships Overcome objections and secure commitments Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Comfortable sourcing your own leads and going the extra mile to win over business customers
What We're Looking For:

Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills Resilience and a positive, energetic attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Previous experience in outbound/cold calling sales preferred, & must have at least 1 year experience in an outbound environment
