We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team here at the Delta by Marriott Hotel Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in telemarketing and software tools such as Salesforce. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
Utilise Salesforce and Hubspot to manage customer interactions, track sales progress, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market presence.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales role or telemarketing is preferred.
Proficiency in English is required.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is desirable.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and contributing to team success.
