The Role:


We are seeking an exceptional

Outbound Sales Manager

to join us at a pivotal stage of growth. This is not just another sales role--it's a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in high-pressure environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and is driven to make a tangible impact.

You will be responsible for

developing and executing a scalable outbound sales strategy

from scratch, and then building a high-performance

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

team around it. This is a

high-ownership role

with significant development and growth potential as Sorbus Finance expands.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, implement, and optimise a B2B outbound sales process. Identify target markets, define outreach strategies, and build effective sales cadences. Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs. Monitor key sales metrics and provide data-driven insights. Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales efforts with business goals. Lead by example and foster a results-driven, high-energy team culture.

About You:



Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or fintech sector. Demonstrated success in building sales strategies and teams from the ground up. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Analytical, data-driven mindset with a relentless focus on results. Comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Passion for growth--both personal and professional.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
